        This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our Platform or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. It includes information you provide when you register to use our Platform, subscribe to our service, search for a product, place an order with one of our merchant partners, participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on or via our Platform, enter a competition, promotion or survey, submit a query, and when you report a problem with our Platform. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, bank account information, personal description and photograph, login and password details.

      2. Information we collect about you from your use of our Platform: We will automatically collect information from you each time you visit our site.

      1. Any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, who support our processing of personal data under this policy. If any of these parties are using your information for direct marketing purposes, we will only transfer the information to them for that purpose with your prior consent.

      2. Selected third parties.

      3. Our selected third parties may include:

        1. Organisations who process your personal data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions and the Data Protection Law. This includes in supporting the services we offer through the Platform in particular those providing website and data hosting services, providing fulfilment services, distributing any communications we send, supporting or updating marketing lists, facilitating feedback on our services and providing IT support services from time to time. These organisations (which may include third party suppliers, agents, sub-contractors and/or other companies in our group) will only use your information to the extent necessary to perform their support functions.

        2. Advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we will provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers' wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience and subject to the cookie section of this policy.

        3. Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site and subject to the cookie section of this policy (this will not identify you as an individual).

        4. Merchants and business partners who provide services to you and with whom we have entered into agreements in relation to the processing of your personal data list.

        5. Payment processing providers who provide secure payment processing services.

        6. We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.  Our appointed data processors include:

        7. We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.

    1. We store data at its various data centres which are based within either within the European Economic Area or within the UK. We neither store nor transfers any personal data outside of the European Economic Area or the UK. 

  8. Payment processing

    1. Payment details you provide will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology before they are submitted to us over the internet.

    2. Payments made on the Platform are made through our payment gateway provider. You will be providing payment information directly to our provider which operates a secure server to process payment details and authorising payment. Information which you supply to our payment gateway provider is not within our control and is subject to their own privacy policy and terms and conditions.

  9. How we protect your information

    1. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. 

    2. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Platform; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

    3. Our site may, from time to time, contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.

  10. How long we keep your information 
    We retain personal data for as long as you have an account with us in order to meet our contractual obligations to you and for five years after that to identify any issues and resolve any legal proceedings. We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.

    1. You have the right under certain circumstances:

      1. to be provided with a copy of your personal data held by us;

      2. to request the rectification or erasure of your personal data held by us;

      3. to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data (while we verify or investigate your concerns with this information, for example);

      4. to object to the further processing of your personal data, including the right to object to marketing (as mentioned in 'Our promotional updates and communications' section);

      5. to request that your provided personal data be moved to a third party.
